The people behind the counter are either stoned or super bitchy. Some of them don't speak loud enough for you to hear them in that noisy hell hole. As a result, they mess up your order and make no attempt to correct their mistake. The food is ok at best. I have had much better food, which is not too hard. Customer service is lacking, the food is lacking, and the ambience is dismal. Stay away.

I really can't imagine why Falafel King is so very popular. I went there once and couldn't even finish the gyros I got, it was just plain old yuckky. There are much, MUCH better places to get Mediterranean food in Boulder, such as the little place on Pearl near 26th.
