Forget it, the service sucks. Want to wait 25-35 minutes for a sandwich?? Then go here. You will enjoy standing around forever wondering when your food will be done and if you are going to miss your 1pm meeting. One order taker and maybe 1 or 2 sandwich makers. Forget it.

Don't support this deli!. Today 5/25, I called in an order for a sandwich. When I arrived to pick up my order there were about 7 people waiting in line ahead of me to order and about 7 people waiting on sandwiches.

After waiting in line for a few minutes the owner starting yelling at his two employees and told them to leave. It didn't appear that the employees had done anything wrong but he YELLED at them and told them to leave. Then when a customer waiting on his sandwich asked the owner for a refund because he had been waiting almost an hour, the owner yelled at the customer and told him to shut up.

The entire situation was very unfortable and although I waiting to pay for my sandwich that was already made, I will not be eatting at The Gunbarrel Deli ever again.

best bread in colorado. I LOVE coming to Gunbarrel to eat whatever the weather. It's perfect on a hot, sunny day as well as in the winter. The bread here is TO DIE FOR. The minute I tasted the bread, I never went back to Quiznos or Subway again. The bread with the toppings is what makes this place so tasty. It is a little bit pricey if you're really cheap, but hey, what restaurant these days isn't going to dent your wallet? I saw that the sandwich is worth your bottom dollar. One downfall is that the lines during the lunch rush are long! But it's because the bread goes through the oven at a pace that toasts the bread to perfection. If you've got an hour, it's VERY worth it. If you dont have the time then try coming after work or maybe on a weekend.
