Not just a great IHOP. A great place..
There's a certain "standard" that you expect from chains, whether it's Denny's, McD's, or IHOP. Yet, every once in a while, you come across a gem location that runs so much better than their franchise peers.
This IHOP is one of them.
The service is excellent. The wait staff and management are very attentive to service.
The food is, for the most part, is quite good. They serve from the IHOP supply chain, so you won't find anything extra special, per se. But they prepare the food well.
The one time we received a "below grade" plate, the waiter corrected the order, apologized profusely, and then when the manager overheard, he came over and apologized as well. They are very focused on the customer.
I definitely recommend this IHOP, especially when you're choices are slim on a late Boulder night.

Breakfast served all day and pancakes served a variety of ways are the hallmarks of this diner-style restaurant..
In Short
The first International House of Pancakes opened in a suburb of Los Angeles in 1958 serving a menu of hearty breakfast favorites. Today the restaurant still serves its signature dishes like the original buttermilk pancakes and pigs in blankets: sausage links wrapped in hotcakes. Other breakfast items include waffles, omelets, French toast and crepes. Non-breakfast offerings include sandwiches, burgers, entree-sized salads, and dinners like T-bone steak, pot roast and herb-roasted chicken.
