There are physicians that care out there, but. But Dr. Levine is not one of them. I too had a similar experience as the posting below. On first appointment Dr. Levine spent about 10 minutes with me and made me feel like I was an inconvenience when I asked him to remove a benign lesion. Then I found out that for the same bill he could have removed up to 14 lesions for the same charge. He also misdiagnosed melanoma on me! I'm not lying either! MELANOMA! Give me a break.

What a waste. Don't waste your time with this guy. I gave Dr. Levine two chances and both experiences were very unpleasant. I arrived on time (or slightly early) for both appointments. Yet, both times, I sat in the waiting room for 30-45 minutes, then I waited another 10-20 minutes in the examination room. That's 40-65 minutes of waiting before I even saw the guy. He breezed into the room, totally unapologetic, spent no more than 3 minutes with me, and tried to get me to come back for 3 separate appointments to finish an uncomfortable procedure that should be handled in 1 visit. I have my suspicions for why he'd do that, but I'm not willing to find out. As if that weren't bad enough, the nurse I had both times was rude and dismissive and totally lacking any bedside manner. I'll never go back. I'm not the type to go to the trouble of giving a review, good or bad, but Dr. L is so bad that I felt obligated to do so. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.

No More Acne. I had tried many over the counter medications and saw several doctors who gave me prescription creams and antibiotics over several years and nothing would clear my acne until I saw Dr. Levine and had Clearlight treatments done.

After only four Clearlight treatments with Levulon, my acne was clear. The treatments were easy and I had no side effects and I was able to avoid toxic pills such as accutane.

Dr Levine and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. During my visits. they took their time, explained the pros and cons of the various treatment options and addressed all of my concerns.

Great dermatology office! Highly reccommend it.

I don't use the word GENIUS often but.... 1) prompt service - not a long wait;

2) friendly staff - clean office

3) options provided - Dr explained different treatments and pros and cons.

4) cost effective - my insurance only covered certain things and dr and staff was able to work around that without me having to mortgage my home.

5) flexibility - I couldn't make it in for an appointment and Dr was able to see me on Sunday.

Overall - experience was very positive and would recommend.

Friendly and caring - great client focus. I have never before seen a doctor who demonstrated such an interest in my well being. Dr. Levine and his staff were very helpful and always made themselves available when I had a question or needed some follow up. Despite a stubborn condition that 2 other doctors could not diagnose - Dr. Levine's diagnosis identified the problem right away and I started getting results immediately. I recommended Dr. Levine to others and they told me that they were very satisfied with his services. I wish my other health care providers showed the same interest that Dr. Levine did.

Amazing Doctor! Amazing Staff!. My children and I have been patients of Dr. Levine for ten years. I first came to him for cosmetic treatments. And my skin has never looked better! He is up-to-date on the latest treatments and suggests options to me that are affordable and non-invasive. I then brought my children to see him because of his gentle manner and thoroughness. He is a wonderful doctor with a wonderful, compassionate staff. We highly recommend Dr. Levine and his staff at Mountain View Dermatology.
