The BBQ is to die for and so are their sides! Try the Chipotle Potato Salad and Cheesy Corn, my favorites! Also, we ordered an assortment of brownies from them and couldn't have been more pleased. Big and gooey!!!!

Best baby backs EVER

These are the best baby back ribs I've ever eaten. Fall of the bone tender and perfectly smoky. I travel all over the country for work, and it still surprises me the best ribs are in Longmont of all places. A bit of a drive from Denver, but absolutely worth it.

I discovered the Rib House while in Longmont on business a couple of years ago. Now it's our favorite place to eat in Colorado! Absolutely the most tender, best-tasing ribs we've ever had! The carrot cake is out of this world too! Beautiful setting in a unique neighborhood. During our week-long visit we were at the Rib House 3 times, and even brought ribs home to Michigan for family! We'll definitely eat here anytime we're in Colorado! Just wish we could get them here anytime!
