Don't Go, You Will Regret it ForEVER!!. One of the worst experiences of my life. This dentist was on a list of dentists who would occasionally provide care for low-income patients, which I was at the time. She (the dentist) treated me like dirt. She seemed to actually be angry that she was obligated to provide this service (then why sign up?), and in order to avoid a couple of extensive procedures - she told me to have ALL MY TEETH REMOVED. I went to a dental surgeon for the removal, then back to her for dentures. Every time I left her office I was in tears. It was traumatic dealing with her. When the dentures came in looking yellow and not fitting well she said "I don't know what you're complaining about, they look fine to me."

This was five years ago and I am STILL upset and regret ever walking in her door. My friends have all said they felt like walking in and tell her off. Dentists I have seen since have told me I didn't need to lose all my teeth. For the rest of my life I have to wear dentures because of this woman. She was rude, abrupt, invasive, judgmental and just plain unkind.

Please, please don't go to this dentist; no one should have to endure the kind of treatment they dole out there.

The best dental experience I ever had. Going to the dentist is usually not a pleasant experience for most people. Dr Poczatek was very kind and I felt like she really cared about me. Practically painless and very thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Poczatek and all her staff

RUN far far away!. The dental hygenists do not change their gloves between patients or after touching germy things around the office. Major procedures are done by these same unexperienced dental hygenists. I have spent gobs of money getting things redone as the result of what these people attempted to do. They should not be in business!

AVOID THIS DENTAL OFFICE - Incompetent!!. My husband needed two crowns and thought that this dentist could handle a procedure as common as dental crowns. The dentist not only did a botched job, she denied it when we went back to speak with her about our concern that the crowns we're seated correctly. We went elsewhere to get an opinion and they said that indeed the crowns are too big and not seated properly, posing very high probability for infection. HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

Dentist Office not recommended. For starters, I really wanted to give them 0 stars but had to give them 1 to publish this comment.

I went to this dentist due to my restricted choices with my insurance plan. Big mistake. Had my 1st filling ever done here and was pretty much done by a tech (who was nice) but really should be done by a licensed professional.

The dentist was really uncommunicative. I had to return 4 times for issues with the same filling and now cannot chew on the tooth at all without sharp pain. I ended up having to pay out of pocket to see my old dentist, who said my tooth had been traumatized and could take 6 months to heal.

My recommendation is to stay away from this dental office, even for routine issues.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT A DENTIST!! DO NOT GO!. My husband and I went to this location for the second time... the first time we were not so happy about their service but I wanted to give them a second chance which was A HUGE MISTAKE. The hyginiest was so unprofessional - she seemed to be really angry and spilled all her frustration on me while cleaning and as a result she hurt me significantly. The dentist was not even there because she was running errands and eating at McDonalds!!!! I was so disappointed and also really hurt after the cleaning and I will make sure that I will never go back again and I hope that people read this review so that they do not experience the same issues I had.

I cancelled my husband's appointment at that point and we will never go back again to this dentist... You will be just wasting money and they are so unprofessional!
