The Worst Place to Have a Baby. The staff was very unfriendly. They treat the patients not as people but as dollar signs. They don't care to actually help their clients, they only care about how much they can bill you. I went in looking for comfort and answers to help me through my pregnancy. The doctor was okay at best, but the staff was absolutely horrible. One in particular Maria T. was a heartless mean spirited person. They rush you in and out. The are vague on their answers to your questions. They quote you and setup payment plans, then after your visit they hit you up with an enormous bill and say well too bad they are not responsible. They are not an organization you want to trust with your birthing plan and definitely not something as precious as your baby. They have a fancy front, but are the worst organization and I suggest going to a truly caring doctors office suitable for sharing the most wonderful experience of your life.

Terrible Care Givers; Patients Aren't the Priority. If I could give a rating of zero stars, I would. My neighbor gave me the referral and now, she is embarrased. I had an appointment, which the doctor cancelled. I asked to see a different doctor on the same day. Out of all the doctors there, not one could see me. I explained I needed a Friday appointment, that is the best day for me. The office told me Fridays were not the most convenient days for the doctors. I guess seeing patients interferes with their weekend plans.

I was rescheduled for another Friday. I missed the turn into the office park and had to turn around. I called and said I was close but was running late. I was told that as long as I got there within 15 of my appointment time, the doctor would see me. I got there at 3:44 for an 3:30 appointment. Late, I know, but the receptionist said it would be fine. The doctor refused to see me! It was a beautiful Friday afternoon and she didn't want to stay.

I called on Monday to speak with the office manager. She said that I never should have been told the doctor would see me. She was also told that I arrived with paperwork that I hadn't filled out. This is a lie. I never received paperwork prior to my arrival.

The office is poorly run, the doctors seem to be punching a clock - not something I want in an OBGYN.

I've had to cool my heels waiting for doctors plently. But when I'm late and the weather is nice, the doctors don't have the time for you. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that has doctors who care about patients.
