Honest appliance repair in 2012 ... WOW!.
Tim was wonderful. Called when he was running late. Listened to my description of the problem with my GE Profile French Door ice maker.
Opened the door, fumbled a bit with the ice bin latch and then said "look".
Sure enough, there were some stuck cubes tucked way up in the maker.
I was sure that I still owed him the stated trip charge, but he didn't ask for it. He said to give it a day to cycle into the ice making mode, and that he expected it to be fine. What a pleasant surprise in this day of "national internet franchises" that don't know what customer service is. WOW!! Yes, I will use him again and recommend him to others. And, he got to me the same day that I called.
