Customer service AMAZING!!!. I have been absolutely thrilled with the flexibility and attention to my company’s cleaning needs provided by the Cleaning Fairies. Molly personally set up an emergency clean with one day’s notice, on a weekend, while she was helping her daughter get ready for the prom. It was an amazing level of customer service and since day one, the staff that cleans our office is always friendly and very thorough. Thanks!

Easiest move I have ever made!. I have used Cleaning Fairies for years now. They are affordable, reliable, and professional. All their people are friendly and hard working. All of them speak English well. They confirm my appointments by email and I can contact my cleaning person by cell phone if I need to. They even moved me recently. They packed up everything, including a very large collection of books, and moved everything to my new apartment. They did a move-out cleaning of my old apartment after it was empty. It was the easiest move I have ever made.

Do not waste your money. False promises, lies and huge disappointments! They even returned for a second visit and couldn't be bothered to complete the job even then!

Take your business elsewhere! This service is a sham.

Not worth the money. I met with Molly and she was very friendly and professional. I had a long list for a move-out clean. She took good notes etc and said my list would take 6 hours and cost $200 so I paid in advance (my mistake!). When I went back to see the results, I was disappointed that about 1/3 of what I asked for was not done and the rest of the cleaning was mediocre. I talked to Molly and her response was that the list took longer than she had guessed and that if I wanted them to come back they'd have to charge more. Are you kidding? Don't waste your money.
