Boulder Glass - Best Glass Shop in Boulder!. The services of Boulder Glass were recommended to me by my contractor who has led me to excellent, locally owned businesses in the past. This time was no exception. I was told Charles offers the best prices on the Front Range and based on my experience, I have to agree. What I was surprised at was the level of personal service given to my order of custom glass shelves and a bureau door that was damaged in my move. Charles came to my home for measure and consultation the day after I called. He educated me on all of the choices available and made recommendations based on my style of decor. The door and shelves were ready within a week and now are fully installed. Everything fits perfectly. I have used other Boulder glass companies in the past but will never do so again. I would highly recommend that you call Charles the next time you need a glass order fulfilled - personal attention is given to orders both large and small.…

Charles (the owner-operator of Boulder Glass) took care of cutting the glass I needed personally -- service was kind, polite, and speedy; the knowledge I gained about various kinds of glass was
great to have, and I'll definitely go back, whenever I need anything done -- car/house/furniture, etc.
The price was excellent; his prices reflect his philosophy that he wants to charge a reasonable amount for his work, not an exorbitant one.
Call before you stop by -- often he's out fixing windshields/showers/whatever for people -- but his low prices are worth the phone call, that's for sure!…
Did not come through; Unprofessional;. I dropped off a small project (I just needed a 1' oval cut for a wood burning stove.) on Tuesday afternoon. He said it would be ready by 6:00, it wasn't. He said it would be ready on Wednesday, never called. I called and left 2 messages on Thursday, no answer; no return call. On Friday morning I called and he said he'd have it ready on Saturday. When I explained I can't use my stove (the weekend of the 0 degree temperatures) until I get the door back, he said he'd have it ready that afternoon. Once again, he never called and wouldn't answer his phone. The guy installing my stove called, too. No return call that time, either. When I called Saturday morning he appologized and said it would be ready that afternoon--said he was "almost finished with it". I went by to pick it up at 1:30 and he said he hadn't even started on it yet. I promptly picked up my stove door and will take it somewhere else. A job that was orginially quoted at being ready in 5 hours wasn't ready 96 hours later. I strongly advise NOT to use Boulder Glass. I've learned my lesson!…
