Called with an emergency drain clog. They said it would be an extra $150 to come out that night or they could come the next day between noon and 3 PM. They never showed. When called, we were told we were not on the schedule.

Byron was out technician for installing two new HVAC units, two water heaters, and two humidifiers. We was outstanding. His expertise in choosing the correct units for our needs was perfect. He was considerate, respectful, and timely. As an example my second installation was on a Monday morning. I needed to leave right at 8:00 to make a meeting at work. Byron ensured he was on time even though his morning meeting went longer than anticipated. I haven't had one issue with any of the 6 units installed. I highly recommend Byron and Precision

We have been working with Greg on service issues with our heating unit and he is always very professional and on time for our appointments. He is an expert in his field and does a great job explaining the issues. He always takes his time and is never in a rush. He has a genuine concern for solving the problem and we would highly recommend him.

We were very happy with the service that Byron provided. Our water heater and furnace both needed to be replaced do to their age. Byron call just before he came, arrive on time, and got right to work. He was generous in answering all of our many questions. Before he left he reviewed what had been done and explained how to use the new thermostat. He was always polite, professional, and put the customer first.

Great service and great water! Tyler came out to help me with what turned out to be a phantom problem (but fortunately didn't make me feel like an idiot for that). While he was here he pointed out some corrosion on my fairly new copper piping and also tested my water for chlorine -- way high. I knew my tap water didn't taste great but didn't know why. Now that I have a whole house carbon filter in place, my water tastes great, and I feel comfortable knowing that I'm protecting my piping and fixtures (not to mention my body) from chlorine damage.

Love my new bathroom. We have use Precision multiple times in the past and most recently to have a bathroom rough-in completed. They acted as the general contractor for the job and despite a few unforeseen issues the job was completed in a timely manner and very smoothly. They never got discouraged but were always excited to see the final result. The final result is a beautiful custom bathroom. Many people comment that Precision is more expensive than other plumbing/electrical services. They are worth it. They know how to really get the job done. All the precision employees were professional, clean and friendly. They will always be my first pick to get the job done.

Fast and Friendly. We had an urgent need and called Precision. They were able to send a technician out the same day. He called before he came. When he arrived, he addressed and fixed our problem quickly and professionally. He was friendly, too.
