Amazing! I'd fly across the country just to eat here!. The best taquitos! The most amazing hot chocolate with vodka! Great prices!!! Food for any time of the day, any day of the week. Simply amazing. I was in town visiting a friend. I would fly back to Boulder just to eat here again! Amazingly hot server too! :)

Delicious!. Can't believe I've been in Boulder as long as I have and haven't discovered this East End Pearl Gem!

My friends and myself visited Aji last weekend for brunch and had a great time and great meal. After getting an in depth explaination of the menu (it's authentic Central and South American food, so it's all in Spanish) I was directed toward the Latin Eggs Benedict (Benito I think?). The slight spice in the hollandaise was perfect and the eggs were cooked exactly how I wanted them.

Aji has a very interested cocktail list with all of the classics (Margs, Mojitos, etc) but also some specialties of their own. The Cava with rum and strawberries was to die for!

All in all, excellent service, great food/drinks and a fun, well-lit atmosphere. I definitely reccommend it!

All I have to say is WOW!. Taking advantage of the nice weather, I was looking to have a nice, decent priced, sit-down lunch. Walking down Pearl St. I noticed Aji Latin American Restaurant had their patio open, so it was a no brainer; I was going to eat here. I rolled in during happy hour, to find their excellently priced food and cocktails. I chose to eat the MediaNoche sandwich with sweet potato fries and drink a Mojito. The mojito was so good and fresh, i just blew through it, and before i could order another, my food had arrived... Let me say WOW, the food was Great! You know its good when you cant slow down. I drank 3 Mojitos and ate my sandwich in less than 30 minutes :). For the price, the portions are great, drinks are satisfying, and the service was not lacking in any category either...(some cute waitresses if thats what you are into!). All in all i have found my new favorite east end Pearl street patio. Thanks AJI!

The best place for LUNCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. My fiance and I were wondering downtown just looking for something to fill our stomachs, we took a gamble on Aji Latin American and boy did it pay off! Everyone was smiling and looked like they were having a great time. Our server, Alicia, was incredibly well informed and helped us navigate the menu. I had the Pollo and my fiance had the Peruvian Seco. The chicken was cooked perfectly with crispy skin and was soooo juicy!

The lamb stew was like eating at my grandma's house! We will definately be back for dinner!

Great Happy Hour Experience. Tremendous Happy Hour experience rolled into a comfortable table for dinner, Service was hospitable and warm, knowledgeable and efficient. Food and drink (cocktails at the bar, wine with dinner) were delicious. Really enjoyed ceviche, pisco sours. Great wine list -- lots of value.

Would recommend to anybody.

One of my favorites. I have been to Aji a few times and have generally found the food to be interesting and overall quite good. You should also check out happy hour as it is also excellent with a very nice draft beer selection.

Also, I am pretty sure happy hour goes all Sunday night.

Awesome!!. Everytime I go to Aji I am amazed at how good it is! The food is always beautifully prepared and the service is always outstanding. I love the decor and they have a fantastic happy hour.

I always go to Aji for special occasions but recently found I've been craving the food, so I go more and more.

Do Not Eat Here!. This is perhaps the worst place my wife and I have ever been in our lives. Nobody greeted us at the door, nobody Ever smiled, including our stern, ill-informed server. The food was very uneven - some parts were cold, others were overdone. And to top it off, we both got sick. We are avid restaurant diners in Boulder. We've asked around and it turns out several people have been made sick by this restaurant's food. We'll never go back, I hope you never go and for Boulder's sake I hope it's off the Boulder Restaurant landscape within the month.

Satisfied everytime. The food is consistently great; they are very good and patient w/ special (food) needs (i.e. gluten free menu etc.).

Also have a good tequila selection & great margaritas!

Loves it. Really good food and the service was great and knowledgeable. Even when the bottle[s] of champagne we wanted to order were out, they went and got some! it was really awesome.
