Bad service. I agree that it is great to be able to have a party there but the customer service is awful and it is almost impossible to get someone to talk with you in person to set up a party. The web info is not comprehensive yet they won't talk to you. We decided to go elsewhere. 18% gratuity plus 5% fee on top of the service is expensive especially when the customer service is SO bad!

Terrible Customer Service. I came here the day before my wedding last summer with my bridesmaids because it looked fun. They have a very strange party policy where every girl has to get the same service, pay on ONE credit card and they add an 18% gratuity fee. Oh and you have to confrim 48 hrs in advance and charge your credit card. This was super stressful for my party and my mom ended up just paying for everyone because it was too difficult. I would have not returned here, except I am a bridesmaid for my friend who wanted us to go here this morning.

Organizing it this time around, I made sure that the entire party made their own reservations at the same time, so we could get our own services and pay separate, and avoid the 18% gratuity fee. The bride arrived 10 minutes late with two other bridesmaids (because they circled the block multiple times looking for parking) and were immediately greeted with rudeness "You're services will be cut short because you are late!" Awesome way to start off the day before your wedding. One of the bridesmaids got a 10 minute french manicure (without any foot soak) and paid over $40. They were rude to the rest of us in other ways as well.

I know that this place is one-of-a-kind and the perfect atmosphere for a party. Its too bad their customer service is seriously lacking and ruins what-would-be great experiences.

Fun pedicure place. I loved my Tattered Tootsie service. I scheduled for the Monday after hiking on Long's Peak with a friend and we had a great time. My polish has lasted for a week with no chipping, which is different than some other reviewers. The couch chairs were really comfy but I was a little short for them and next time I will ask for a pillow. Their shop has cool items in it too. Can't wait for next time!!!

Over-priced manicures and pedicures. I went here for a pre-wedding manicure with all of my out-of-town female guests. First of all, the prices are WAY over-priced considering all you're getting is a basic spa manicure. Like most nail salons, the manicurists are asian who make no qualms about speaking in a foreign language to each other while giving you a manicure. Both my sister-in-law and I had to point out imperfections in the french manicures we received to have corrected. For $40 I would expect perfection, but my manicure lasted a whopping 2 days. Save your money and go to a regular nail salon and bring a diet coke and a bag of M&M's with you. Also, don't expect anything other than a manicure/pedicure as they don't offer any acrylic/silk/wrap services.

Atmosphere Rocks, Pedicures are mediocre. This place is more about the atmosphere than the services. But it is a great place for girls nights, or pre wedding services, etc. They have free M&Ms and Soda. They will let you bring your own bottle of wine (what a selling point!), and encourage gossip and indulging in bad TV. As for the mani/pedis. Eh. The place is VERY clean so that is a plus, but my polish always chips in a few days. The massage etc. is good, but you can get better somewhere else if thats what you are looking for.

Just don't expect the best pedicure ever and you will be satisfied. I know the m&m's can always make up for it.

Great Idea With Mediocre Results. I love the idea of Ten 20, a place just for manicures, pedicures, and waxing. Big screen tv, free m&ms and coke, popcorn and bottled water. The staff is young and really friendly and they have fun, interesting products and lounge wear for sale. The problem is that the services just don't deliver. I have had five bikini waxes there and I always walk out with wax still on my skin (which then ends up on my clothing). I don't know why, but I always end up with the the worst post-wax disastrous skin, even when I take very good care of the area for days afterwards. It could be I am just sensitive to the wax they use, but I have never had so much trouble with my skin after getting waxed anywhere else.

The pedicure was given by a really nice woman, but I my feet felt soapy afterwards and the chair wasn't particularly comfortable.

The manicure (I have had two) was just plain messy. I do go in for a color change every once in a while and I think that is a great deal for ten bucks and highly recommend it.

All in all, I think the place is fun and cute but some of the details need some attention.
