When Sunnyside shows you an apartment, they only let a small amount of different people go on them also, the other companies don’t do this. If it’s a good place to rent then there are tons of people looking at the same time, and it makes you feel like not even bothering to try to apply. Everything about renting from Sunnyside went super smooth.
Very responsible management, my pipes froze in December and I also had a raccoon problem and they were very prompt to fix both. I have stayed and signed new leases year after year because they keep my rent affordable by not raising it up much each year. They are always very nice when I go in their office; they all know my name and treat me like a friend.
I just rented a killer place from Sunnyside Property Management for next fall. They have a lot of good stuff and they seem to be very nice people so far, I liked how they made me feel like they really wanted me as one of their renters, not just a number like four star.
We have been setting up showings with Sunnyside for a bunch of places, they are great!! They get us in to see them right away and Erica is an excellent shower, she was friendly, took initiative to show us all the important parts of the houses, she answered all of our questions competently and was very patient in explaining all the details.
I am going into my third year of renting from Sunnyside Property Management and everything has been excellent so far. I haven’t had any problems. Maintenance is always very speedy; service overall is very solid. Everyone is always smiling and happy to help.
I’ve rented from Sunnyside for two years now. We have a downstairs neighbor that is constantly complaining about noise from my apartment, I mean she was super rude, pounding on the ceiling with her broom etc. I told Sunnyside about it and how I am not that noisy to deserve her extreme actions! They called her and explained everything and now she is very nice, I don’t know what they say but WOW what a difference!
I rent from Sunnyside Property Management and I was super surprised when someone from their office called ahead of time to let me know they were going to do some remodelling in the apartment above me. They told me to call let them know if the noise was bothering me. What??!! No one cares about anyone else these days so kudos to them.
I looked at an apartment last spring with Sunnyside and the carpet was worn and dirty, I rented it anyway because it was cheap, but when I moved in it had brand new carpet and some other new things so I was very happy and surprised. The only bad thing is it has single pane windows and I’m afraid I’m wasting money on heat because I spend a lot of time in my apartment.
I have only had good experiences with Sunnyside; if anything is wrong they are all over it. My wife and I just love the house we rent from them so much and we would like to buy it, hopefully, if that’s possible. I’ve rented for 30 years in many different locations and by far they are the best.
It’s a good place, no major complaints, great location; neighbors are good (no bad apples) etc... One thing I’d like to see, however, is for HOA to give us “Cedar Crest” parking stickers. I hate when the complex next door uses our parking spaces. I have to park down the street at 2 am! Otherwise, I’m a happy tenant.
