Editorial Review for Sisters Pizza and Mussels – by Ephraim Mallery
In Short
The well-lit dining room feels clean and comfortable, and the folks behind the counter greet customers with friendly enthusiasm. Pizzas are piled high with favorite toppings--if it's in the store, they'll throw it on. Giant ricotta calzones come either baked or deep-fried. Mussels come by the pound, steeped in the sauce of choice--sweet marinara, spicy fra diavolo, white wine and cream or just "naked" with butter. Pastas, salads and rich desserts round out the menu.

The place itself is very open and spacious. The staff was a bit unattentive. They didn't look busy at all for a Saturday night, so I wasn't sure why no one attempted to offer service. The pizza I ordered for my group was very delicious, however, it took over 30 minutes for it to arrive. I also placed an additional order for a slice of cheese pizza, and by the time it arrived to our table, we were done eating the whole pizza already. I recommend this place only if you don't have high expectations for service and if you have patience and time to hang out and wait for food. The food itself is very good, I definently think it would be a better experience if the customer service improved and if the time it takes to wait for the food was a bit faster.
Pros: Food
Cons: Customer service

Read the other reviews below and you'll understand. This is just another poorly run Steve Naples venture. We waited literally 40 minutes for two plates of ziti, which came to our table luke warm with sauce that tasted like it came out of a can. Asked for mushrooms which are usually cooked and for some reason they decided to throw them on raw this time. I'm usually pretty cool and would've been if the food had come out, oh, I dunno, say 30 minutes earlier. Next time I'll just pop open a can of Chef Boyardee and throw it in the microwave. Enter at your own risk.
Pros: Starbucks is next door. Grab a cup, wait 2 hours, come back and your food will be ready.
Cons: Might have to go through several cups of coffee at Starbucks waiting for food.
