Parking Problem cost us an extra $70. We've been there a twice now and the food has been good both time. Service has been solid but to be honest there is parking problem. We were recently "booted" for apparently parking in their private lot and spending money with them for too long (lot was more than half empty).

The staff just looked at us and couldn't be bothered literally "oh, yeah the building managment does that all the time. Next". Didn't offer any help.

It cost us $70 and an extra hour to get out of there.

Sorry, but there are too many other places who will gladly take my money without making me feel like a criminal.

I will never go back there or any of the other restaurants there.

Great place for a relaxing, yummy meal. 4580 is a great example of relaxed, European style family dining--kinda fancy yet friendly, kinda foodie yet familiar. The Hammer's are a fantastic family and everyone is committed to making you feel like you're in their living room. They have a great space for meetings and PLAY Boulder had their holiday dinner their and it rocked. I appreciate the pick and pair type menu so I'm not so locked in (I'm pretty picky). My only complaint is that it is a relaxed time and so getting in and out fast is a challenge. (The reviewer who had to wait so long should have spoken up sooner; their was obviously an unusual error).

Tasty Food with really knowledgeable staff. We visited 4580 this evening after meeting a few of the waitresses downtown last weekend. We told them we had been in the past and that things were not so great. The ladies assured us everything was spectacular and to give it another shot. I am SO glad we did. The first person we saw upon arrival was Misty. She had been out with the ladies who recommended this place. She was a little busy behind the bar but very friendly and more than willing to accomodate us on the patio. Not only was she a breath of fresh air, she knew EXACTLY what was dairy free, gluten free, and what drinks would pair best with the dishes. I usually don't eat 4 courses when I go out - but with her suggestions I had a very hard time not endulging!!!!!!!! We WILL be back, and we will tell ALL of our friends about this place! It is the best!

High quality food in a relaxed setting. The food was superb. I had a chicken dish that was elegantly prepared. The server was caual, and friendly. Even though I had jeans and a tshirt. I felt very comfortable in the setting.

4580 is located in Uptown Broadway, with Amante Coffee, First Bank and Chicago Hair.

Skip the Patio. The food was good but the atmosphere on the patio was not . There are no mountain views and conversation is difficult with noisy street traffic. Eat indoors or go elsewhere if mountain views and outdoor dining are important to you.

Delicious food. Great customer service!. I'd been to 4580 before, about a year ago, and didn't think much of the food. But early this year my friends started telling me that it was great--I guess they got a new chef-- so I decided to give it another shot. The food is unbelievable, like nothing I've had beforeoutside of a very high-end restaurant, and the prices are still reasonable. The service is excellent--the owner is often around, serving guests himself. I don't know anyone who has eaten there and didn't love it. Plus, there's actually free parking available, and an elegant interior and beautiful views, especially at sunset.

no food after 75min wait. when i sit down and give my order i expect to be served some food. that didn't happen at 4580. we went there because we heard it was family friendly and that kids ate free during happy hour. however, they couldn't even get a grilled cheese for my son out to our table in 75min. it's one thing to make my wife and i wait, it's a totally different thing to make a 2 year old wait for something that simple.... and then when i asked to have the order boxed up and brought to the table asap (because we had reached the end of our son's limit for sitting still) they charged me for his meal which should have been free! that was all we could take. we didn't pay and left without being fed. we will never go back. they were pathetic.

Great customer service, Unique atmosphere. I went out to dinner with a couple of friends and my mom when she came into town to visit. We went early and it was not very crowded. Friendly and attentive service. We all ordered different items on the menu and they were all absolutely amazing. I had the best chicken I have had in a long time there, my mom had amazing pork chop, and my roommate said the lamb was cooked just right. (which is hard to do with lamb). The Hummus appetizer was delicious, definitely recommend it. We could not stop talking about this restaurant and how amazing the food was for the rest of the night.

Hidden Gem in North Boulder. After being fed up with trying to find a parking space we decided to give Restaurant 4580 in North Boulder a try. As it turns out, they have just hired a new chef and believe me, he didn't disappoint. The flavors were fantastic!! I had the halibut served in a stew of clams, and my husband the duck confit. Both were superb, and didn't leave us with that weighed down by too much butter and cream sauce feel. The wine prices were more than fair -we shared a bottle of California Pinot Noir - and the service was excellent and friendly. The ambience was ellegant but not the least bit stuffy. If your looking for an excellent meal at a great price, want to avoid the nonsense of fighting for a parking space downtown, yet still want to feel your in someplace special I highly recommend Restaurant 4580...A hidden gem in North Boulder.

Don't waste your money. Food was not worth the money. We ordered the antipasto for 2 - NASTY YUK. I ordered the marinated flank steak - was COLD and no flavor, my husband ordered the salmon - was OK, not great. The only item that was good was the 1 martini and the 1 bread pudding. This meal was certainly not worth $108. Additionally, the refill on my soda never happened and the waitress definitely needed assistance. She had too many tables, so we barely saw her. She was nice, but that is it. There are far better restaurants for the same money with much better food. Sorry to be so harsh, but its true.
