Customer service!. We purchased a brand new samsung fridge, dishwasher, and microwave in May of 2011. The diswasher we used once, and the refridgerator would spill ice all over the floor when you tried to get some. We have servicemen out 4 times to work on the appliances and COULD NOT fix them! We finally got Samsung to refund the money directly, and had the manager that sold us the items tell us that the 10 year warranty would be transfered to what ever new appliances we bought. We finally got all our money back, and went in to purchase the new appliances, NOT SAMSUNG!!, and the new manager would NOT honor the transfers. These guys act like they are doing you a favor by selling you appliances, instead of treating you with respect for spending $3,000 dollars! We did end up buying from them again, but I would strongly reccomend shopping around and to find a place with good service, and professionals that will honor what they say, especially in todays economy!

Gene and Miguel were great. The two guys were on time actually early, and really did a good job with everything they did. They even helped with an old appliance that had not been replaced at the store. I would request them for delivery in the future. Great job guys.

Don't be duped by their adds!!!!!. I never write a review but my experience with this company was so bad, I will copy and paste the review as many places as I can find. Buyer don't ever buy from this company! I answered an advertised add in craigslist for $150.00 for a microwave. Called many times to confirm that they had the item, the condition and the dimensions. Then asked them to hold it while I drove up the 40 miles from denver to buy it. Not only did they not honor the price, they tried to lie to me and tell me that's not the price. Even with the printed copy of the add, this company would not honor the price. They tried to bait and switch me for a higher priced model. DO NOT TRUST THE ADDS THIS COMPANY PRODUCES!!! Not only do they not stand by their price, they will try to tell you that you are a liar and won't sell you the product that they advertised.

Repeat customer. We have purchased from Applicance Factory Outlet before so we are repeat customers. Everyone we have recommended to go there has thanked us.

What I like best is that they yes they ask the standard question but they listen to the answer you give them. They then work with you to match you to the right appliance which is not always the most expensive.

They remind me of past experiences when business believed that they made more money with happy repeat customers then one purchase and a non-returning customer.
