Best Hawaiian, outside of Hawaii.
Tired of all those endless sandwiches, pizzas and burgers joints? Well, finally there's some new food in town, and it comes all the way from Hawaii. After opening last September, 8 Island has become one of the first restaurants in Boulder to add some delicious cultural diversity to the local palate.
Focusing on the traditional Hawaiian plate lunch, all dishes consist of an entre (chicken, beef or seafood) and two sides.
