Excellent teachers and great cars for the inexperienced or nervous student. I learned how to drive from a great teacher named Brent and he was really patient and taught me how to be a safe driver.

Horrible customer service. I took lessons here when I first got my permit/license. I loved my instructors so I recommended them to a friend. When I called to schedule an appt for them, they receptionist was rude and impatient, going on to ask me sarcastic questions that had nothing to do with appt scheduling and then hung up on me the second I said "thank you". Never in my life have I been treated so horribly by a receptionist!

Great Expreience!. My daughter just finished her classroom and behind he wheel....WHEW!!!! i was really nervous about her driving but she is very confident and safe when she drives. Thanks BDA for sparing me the aggravation of teaching my teenager how to drive...

Worst Customer Service. If I could rate this driving school less than 1, I would. I was promised an entirely different lesson over the phone than the one I actually received. The instructor I drove with put me in a situation that was unsafe (telling me the lane ended as it ended and to speed to cut the guy off to the right of me). This was my 1st true driving experience and it was completely awful. After getting back to the driving school, the instructor told me that I would get a free lesson because I didn't finish my lesson after being so shaken up about the lane switch. When I called, the receptionist told me that there was no way I would get a free lesson or any sort of refund. She was incredibly rude and blamed the end of the lesson on me. I am appalled at how I was treated. The lesson cost itself is a rip-off and the receptionist is beyond rude. I wouldn't go here. Find another school.

We wont' be back with my next in line for Driving. I'm the parent of a teen who attended the Boulder Driving Academy. She took both the classroom and behind the wheel courses. I have 3 issues. The first concerns not being able to take the driver's test for 4-5 weeks through the Academy after completing the behind the wheel course. What teenager wants to wait that long when you can schedule through DMV for 1 week later Second concern has to do with not being told when enrolling for behind the wheel classes that the driver's test was included in the price. We're now paying $21 to DMV. Third issue concerns the really poor attitude of the long term receptionist who was both nasty to my daughter who was just calling for information and with me when I expressed by surprise that I wasn't informed that the test was included. When I pointed out that teens weren't going to wait for another month to get their license, I heard a litany of the instructors being too busy, not their fault, having a busy day, etc.So get more help. Not my idea of customer service. I have a 14 1/2 year old who will be up for driving instruction soon, we won't be going here
