Worst salon experience ever. Horrible horrible horrible! DO NOT go to this place. The "highly trained" stylist got the color wrong, the highlights wrong, and the haircut wrong. When I showed the manager the state of my hair, she agreed that it was terrible but only refunded me for the color, not the entire thing. I now have to wear a hat until I can get into a very expensive color correction place. Terrible service, worse customer service, and ultimately the worst salon experience I've ever had.
