Snobby. I went in to this store to look for a flower girls dress. Before I even told her the date of the wedding the woman at the desk looked me up and down and said "I don't think I have anything for you." I guess we weren't dressed fancy enough - what is this, Pretty Woman?! Then she was obnoxious enough to suggest Target to me!

Yes my money spends well and it won't be at this store.

If you want to be treated well go somewhere else. I will definitely highly recommend not shopping at Boulder Bridal. Learn some manners!

Pushy owner but a great selection. First, let me say that the assistant (Emily, I think) was wonderful. Knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and understanding when it came to getting married on a budget. She helped me find several styles in my price range that I liked a lot.

Then the owner showed up. She offered no real advice, except in attempting to get me to try on the most expensive dresses in the store. I told her my budget, and she said she had just the thing. She brought me a dress that she had removed the price tag from and that I ended up really liking. Then she revealed that it was over $3400! She kept saying that if I was on a budget for my wedding, then I could afford to splurge on the dress. Talk about obnoxious. As soon as I made it clear that I was sticking to the number I originally gave her, she made a snide remark about regretting it and disappeared. Sorry lady, but there's no way you're getting a dime out of me after that...

Bate and Switch!!! Be aware. I have been in several (7 that I can think of right now) weddings and this was a first for me. My sister is getting married and I am a Maid of Honor. The dress had been picked, we had been sized and it was time to pay. I called in gave my credit card and weeks later it was time to get the dress. The owner decided that I owed more money - EVEN though she had quoted us a number and I had paid. She wouldn't release the dress until I paid more. I feel that she was very dishonest. When we were trying on dresses she couldn't be more adorable and helpful. That is why I think it was more dissatisfying to have this happen. If you decided to go with her...make sure to get the price IN WRITING!!!!
