One of My Best Haircuts ... Ever. I was planning to be in Boulder for the year-end holidays and wanted to use the time to get a good cut and some highlights to mask the encroaching gray. Based on the reviews on this site, I made an appointment with Karal and you were all spot on. She is a genius. My hair is long, thick and wavy and she instantly understood the challenges and benefits of living with my kind of hair. She gave me a fabulous cut that enabled me to wear my hair down at work for the first time in years - long layers that eliminated the bushiness and triangle-effect. The highlights are just the right shade of caramel and are placed precisely in the right spot. I love them every day, and more and more. Thanks so much, Karal, for your expertise. Best Salon In Colorado. I have lived on the East Coast and have been to posh salons all over Boston. When I moved to CO, I went to the top salons in Denver and Boulder. I must have tried at least 20 different salons before I found Karal. They do not compare to Sugar Hair Studio. Karal Winston is a talented hair dresser. My hair always looks amazing when she does it. My best hair cut ever. Karal has a gift to make people beautiful. I always felt like I had good hair, but never really had a good hair cut my entire life--until Karal. She takes any hair questions completely serious and professionaly. She offers tips on how to duplicate her styling techniques. I started to go grey and Karal colored my hair so perfectly that no one even noticed. The only feedback I receive now is how great my hair looks, which never happened before my entire life. The new Sugar Salon is a nice private venue, and Karal is a joy to visit. She is truely a "hair guru."…
