Lets begin with "Paul" who does not know "crap" about cars at all!, then lets talk about his pushy rude manager, then lets talk about his mechanic "Russ" who called me a "BITCH behind my back because I refused to have the BOGUS repair work done!!!!!!!!! I am a woman who will not be ripped off, so I took it to "Midas" and all i TRULLY needed was new brake pads! The District Attorney will be notified and needs to arrest the whole group for FRAUD

Efficient. Very efficient service here. Brought my car in for a pre sale inspection, thinking that there might be a problem but everything went off without a hitch and the cost was not inflated or overcharged. Appreciate it.

Stand by their work. This group of guys stand behind their work. They do a good job at a reasonable price and get the work done in the time that they say.

Do not go here - way overpriced and shady. These other reviews have to be fakes from the owner. They charged me 617 to replace the dist cap, plugs and wires - one could do that for under 100 themselves - I guarantee other shops would charge half that - maybe even a third. Joe would not give me a printed, itemized list of work to be done after they performed diagnostics for starting problems. He scribbled some items on piece of paper that he kept. Having invested 150 for the diagnostics already (which I was expecting 50 for that as well btw) and them saying they would waive part of that if I went with them - I went ahead and left the truck with them. When I got the car back home and looked at the receipt - I found out that a couple of the major things I thought were going to be done (induction cleaning and engine coil replacement) were not included. Even with that I thought it was high priced - but all I got was a 600 very basic tune up - plugs, a cap and wires - its ridiculous - very unethical. Dont go there. I proceeded to call and ask about it - got hung up on - called again and requested an explanation and told them we will find something that can be done. Joe called the cops and told them I was going to kick his butt and kill him - so ridiculous.

Honest. I thought my car was going to need tons of expensive work. After they inspected it, my jaw dropped at the quote they gave me. The issues I had weren't as expensive as I expected and now I have extra Christmas money! They easily could have said that I needed more done and made themselves some extra money but instead they were honest.
