WORST FOOD EVER. Worst food I've ever eaten in Boulder.

The chef should watch an episode of Kitchen Nightmares and imagine Chef Ramsey visiting Alba and having a meal. He would say it was dreadful. The "roasted" veggies were limp, over cooked, and drenched in oil (brussels sprouts, mushrooms, cauliflower). The pizza was so bland that I had to douse it with salt to get some taste from it. The risotto was WAY overcooked and mushy and almost flavorless. The ONLY part of the meal that was decent was the warm bread and the salmon..and the salmon was ONLY good because we asked for a piece of Salmon grilled with NO oil. Seems that the chef believes that the more oil you dump on something the better. The salad was a few pieces of lettuce topped with fried shallots. The dressing was bland. When you walk into a boulder restaurant at happy hour on a saturday night and NOBODY is there - RED FLAG!
