Wonderful Experience. The experiences I've had at Colours have only been exceptional ones.

The front desk has always been so hospitable and makes me feel comfortable; the range of stylists not only gave flexibility in price but helped me gauge what services I wanted.

Most important for me: the products! They carry Bumble & Bumble, Kerastase, and the luxury line Oribe. I've always been in love with the first two, but getting the chance to have Oribe used on my hair was a real treat - a great present for anyone who loves products.

Overall, I felt that this was a premier salon that really stood out from all the "below par" establishments in Boulder and there is without a doubt no other salon I'd trust my hair to.

Talented haircutters. I really enjoyed my experience at Colours. I felt my consultation was very thoughrough. I could tell that my stylist was really listening to my needs for my haircut. The haircut looked phenominal, but I was worried that perhaps I may not be able to re-create this style at home. My stylist took the time to teach me how to style it myself. I appreciated her attention to detail. It has now been 2 weeks, and I am still loving this cut. I also like that they give free fringe trims in between haircuts.

Overpriced!. Good selection of products, which should have been an indicator of the price - Kerastase, Bumble & Bumble, Shu Umera hair, etc. Nice enough salon, good lighting, nice layout. Each hair station had a drink menu that included teas, water, and red wine - but none was ever offered. Friendly receptionist in person, rather short on the phone. They do make reminder calls two days before, which is nice if you need to cancel. But $215 for a cut & color? Not worth it.
