They stand behind their work!. Repair Masters replaced the head gaskets on my Subaru, which was a fairly major repair on a 1999 Subaru. My car was running better than it had in a long time, but one of the seals failed and the engine lost oil pressure and blew up. Repair Masters replaced the engine at no charge, something most repair shops would never do! My car is running great and I am so grateful. We are long time customers of Repair Masters and will continue to be.

A new coustmer for life!. I was told by a local dealer by my house that my truck was in need of a fuel pump. When the dealer told me the cost of the repair I walked out. I took my truck to Repair Masters and not only were they less then the dealers price,the work was done the same day. Jim was very helpful and advised me of repairs that would be needed in the future. Now they have a loyal coustmer for life!

Well done, champs!. These guys did a great job on my VW repairs. I was quoted $550 by Stan's in Lafayette to have a radiator hose and flange replaced. Repair Master's repaired my radiator AND windshield wipers (new blades, repaired arm), and installed a new battery for about $100 less than Stan's wanted for the radiator repair alone.

Everyone was super friendly, too. I'm glad I found someplace I can trust.

Go elsewhere. My heater went out. They charged me over $100 just for an estimate which ultimately they said would cost me $800 (mostly labor). I couldn't afford $800 so I found a family friend who was a mechanic to look at it. He had the heater running in 15 minutes. He said they were trying to charge me for 8 hours of labor on a very simple job. Just thought I'd let others know about my experience with them. I recommend going elsewhere.

Awesome service-honest and kind. This repair center is awesome! I stopped by with a broken door just before closing time on a holiday and they were more than kind and willing to help me out! I felt that they went out of their way to ensure my problem was solved. I was helped immediately, even though it was busy. On top of all this, they wouldn't even let me pay. I would recommend this repair center to anyone-I will never take my car anywhere else!

EXCELLENT!. This is the only place I take my car! I am a college student. I needed to find a good place to take my car. I read the reviews on CitySearch, and this place has the best reviews. I took the advice of other people, and was not disappointed. They took the time to explain everything about my car, told me about reapirs that I needed. Repair Masters Automotive does not try to oversell repairs that are not necessary, and told me I should wait for other reapirs that I thought I needed.

just average. I'm not sure this is best place for repair as you recommended here.

Just average and not so good. some little broken plastic pieces were found in the car after inspection. steering wheel inspection caused additional problem that didn't exist before. a little bit over-priced for timing belt and waterpump from $100 to 200 and 50~100 over for other parts compared to other shops in denver metro. Careful : not secure for stuff in the car.

Honest Mechanics. Everytime I take my 135, 000 mile Jeep in they give me honest answers , ways to minimize my cost, and provdie realiable, courteous, timely work.. Cant tell you how refreshing it is to have found an honest mechanic

Honest, Reliable and Fast Service. Even after moving to Denver, I still drive to Boulder to get my oil changed, and have no intention of stopping to do so. Every experience I've had at Repair Masters affirms my opinion that they're the best shop around. They've saved me money so many times by giving me options and telling me honestly what was going on with my truck, they always have an idea of how long my wait will be - and I generally call ahead to ask if it's a good time to come in - their reception and service staff is without exception friendly, professional and courteous, and I like their waiting room! It's comfortable, their bathroom is always clean, and they have satellite TV. They always call me back when I have a question, I never feel rushed on the phone, and I have observed that even when they're slammed with people at the desk and on the phone, they are unfailingly attentive and polite to each customer. Thank you Repair Masters!

Recommended. I am moving several states away and needed an oil change and a "once over" to make sure my '94 Tercel would make the trip. I was told on the phone that the oil change would be $35 and the check would be free. When I got to the shop the employees were having lunch, but I was still treated very politely and professionally. The free coffee and clean waiting room were nice and when the work was done, the actual price was lower than quoted. The mechanic that helped me gave me a good idea of how long I could go before several repairs needed to be fixed. I wish I had discovered this shop several years ago and based on my short visit today - would recommend them to others in need of what seems to be an honest and reasonable auto shop.
