WORST. SERVICE. EVER.. I went in after work tonight for the "hot-and-ready meal deal" and had to wait almost 10 minutes for my pizza, despite the fact that I was the only customer in the store (and despite the fact that the whole point of such a promotion is that it's supposed to be super quick).

When my pizza was finally ready, I asked for some buttery garlic sauce, and was told it would cost 50 cents. I asked the cashier if he'd be willing to throw it in for free, since I had to wait so long for my pizza and it's supposed to be, as the name implies, "hot and READY." The cashier ROLLED HIS EYES AT ME and said "Well, it's hot and ready now."

I was completely shocked that an employee would be so blatantly rude to a customer. This isn't the first time I've encountered rude service at this location, but it's certainly the worst. It's totally fine if he's not able to bend the rules and give away sauce for free, but it's NOT fine to be a jerk about it.

I love the pizza and the prices, but I certainly won't be going back any time soon after that experience.

UPDATE: The owner called me and apologized and said he'd spoken to the employee, so I'm upping this to 2 Stars. Still never should have happened, but at least he seemed to care that it had...
