Not a garden shop, not a botanical garden, this unusual enterprise is a hybrid consisting of six acres of irises -- more than 2,000 varieties. There's no admission fee, so you can just walk around and enjoy the beauty, or ask and you'll be pointed toward fields where you can go dig up irises to take home. There are other fields where you can scope out interesting iris types and pick out what's available by catalog.
