By far the worst customer service. I have lived in SF, Manhattan, Las Vegas, Scottsdale, etc and been to some the best salons in US. I asked my husband to book a appointment based on a recommendation. When booking the appointment the extremely snotty receptionist insisted it was company policy to put a hold on our card before the appointment. Not even Oscar Blondi in New York, where you pay 400 dollars for a color and cut, has that type of policy. Needless to say, their customer service was lacking.

Alicia is AWESOME!.
i needed a new stylist that i could afford but did great work. Alicia is my saviour!! i pretty much let her do what she wants with my hair because i trust her that much and i am never disappointed.
the environment itself at Twig is awesome. i feel so welcome there and there are always smiling faces.
HIGHLY recommend Twig Salon!!
