Krystal was great. She listened well and gave good suggestions and has a good sense of working with hair, in particular, mine was Asian thicker hair. She was very confident and nice to me too. The girls at the front desk were very snobby but Krystal still had an earthy personality.

Great haircut and color. Kristal is the best stylist I've ever been to. She's a great listener and will understand exactly what you're trying to say. She keeps track of your past visits and is very professional. I'd recommend her without a doubt to anyone. I would not go to anyone else!

I get compliments on my haircut everyday!. From the moment you walk into the Side Door Salon, you are in good hands. The staff is friendly and professional, the salon is immaculate and Kristal McNeil is wonderful. Kristal listens to what you want, knows what will work best for you, has great ideas and executes the hairstyle perfectly! Everyone loves my short hairstyle and it's all thanks to Kristal's talent!

GREAT hair extensions!!. Kristal McNeil was such a GREAT find for me for extensions. I had been having Great Length extensions put into my hair for about three years. The type of extensions that Kristal uses are absolutely AWESOME!! They are hours quicker to put in, feel more natural, look more natural and are thousands of dollars cheaper per year. She is such a nice person. Every time I visit her, it is like spending time with a fun girlfriend. I cannot say enough good things about Kristal or the Side Door Salon. The are both 1ST rate.

Kristal McNeil has the highest quality hair extensions!. For awesome service and the highest quality hair extensions, run don't walk to The Side Door Salon, on Broadway between Pearl and Spruce. Not only is this salon unbelievably gorgeous, and NOT pretentious, but Kristal is a god send when it comes to hair extensions; her knowledge of the product is extensive, and her personality is relaxed, and a pleasure to work with. Not only was the process of getting my extensions quick (probably 1 1/2 hours) and easy, Kristal's customer service is a 110 +++ out of 100!!! Her color technique and knowledge is also outstanding. I will NEVER go to anyone else!!!!!!!

Kristal McNeil awesome!. I have curly hair and have never liked my hairstyle before I met Kristal. She listened to what I wanted and gave me the best haircut of my life. Would highly recommend her to anybody looking for an excellent cut and color. I will never get my hair cut by anybody else ever again because I always leave happy :)

Kristal ROCKS!. I can't even tell you how amazing Kristal McNeil is. Her website is gorgeous and her talent is spectacular. I have always been afraid of trying something new but she eased me into a few new things and I swear, I will NEVER go to anyone else.

Great Salon and Service. Kristal is a great stylist. She is professional, friendly and is always up to speed on the latest processes. She is an expert on hair extensions and can get them on quickly and they look amazing! When coloring my hair she picks the best color and it always looks perfect. Kristal's customer service is above and beyond. She is always available for questions and responds to me quickly. The atmosphere at the salon is perfect. It's bright, modern and friendly. I highly recommend Kristal!

Great atmosphere and great service.... Kristal is amazing with my thin, listless hair. She always takes the time to ask me what I want to do with my hair. When I don?t want to make any drastic changes she knows the correct color and style from my previous appointment. When I do want to make a change she consults me to a decision I am always happy about. The service you get from Kristal is friendly and professional. She knows all the latest processes and trends. She never makes me wait. She colors, shampoos and dries my hair with such efficiency. I used to be at the salon for what seemed like an eternity but now I?m in and out in a reasonable time and my hair has never looked better. I usually ask Kristal for recommendations on products and she never steers me wrong. She recently recommended Davines shampoo and conditioner and it is now my favorite. It really keeps my hair healthy and shinny. The Side Door atmosphere is sleek and clean with lots of great looking stylists and customers. I always feel like a million bucks when I leave the salon. I recommend Kristal to all my friends!

Individualized service with a smile. Kristal really took the time to look at my hair texture, my natural coloring, and my face shape before cutting & coloring my hair. She is super friendly and obviously knows her stuff. I felt totally comfortable with her!! You are in good hands if you go see Kristal!
