very relaxing. I have been to Finishing Touch for massages, facial, eye brow waxing and hair cuts. I have no complaints about any service I have ever received. The staff is always pleasant and willing to work with you if there is a problem. Some of the services can become a little expensive, but online they normally have some good deals. Also, if you become a member, you get 10% off any service you receive. This offer is good to share with your friends as well.

The Best Salon/Spa in Boulder. My two daughters (ages 29 and 20) and I have been going to Finishing Touch for years for all different types of services. My youngest daughter even had her "Locks of Love" haircut at the salon! I especially love Jen, who cuts my hair. My youngest daughter adores Michaela. The stable staff means that they really get to know their clients. Prices are fair, the location is great, and it's a wonderful salon.

Horrible pedicure experience. I went here for a pedicure with about 10 other people last weekend. The staff was kind of snotty about us being there. My technician obviously wanted to be somewhere else as she hurried through my pedicure. I was done at least 15 minutes before everyone else. Someone from the front kept coming in the room and yelling at the girls for taking the color wheel away from the desk. I'm not exactly sure how we were supposed to pick our colors otherwise. Pretty distracting for what is supposed to be a relaxing experience. I feel like I could have gone to any of the cheaper Asian nail places and had a much better experience for much cheaper. Many of the people I went with complained that their polish job was already chipping after only a couple of days. Pretty disappointing!

Rude Owner. I never made it past the phone call because the gal who answered the phone was so snippy and acted like I was bothering her by calling. Then I find out it was the owner! I know we all have our days, but don't answer the phone of a front desk when you do. I don't think I would want to go here if this is any indication of the treatment you will get on the other side of the phone.

Nice place. I was treated to a pedicure for my last birthday and it was pretty nice (although a bit expensive in my opinion), they have flavored water (cucumber, yum!), but they only had small foot baths. Otherwise it was nice, they even massage your calves with lotion. The girl doing my pedicure had really great hair, so I got her card and had her cut my hair later, and it was reasonably priced.

Great service and stylists!. I enjoy getting my hair cut and colored by Kim at Finishing Touch! I never have to wait long and she always listens to what I want. I've had a pedicure there, too, and it was a wonderfully relaxing treat! Next, a massage... :-)

Great Salon. This salon has a great staff thet're all so friendly, I've been in for facials and eyebrow tints and they have done wonderful jobs so far! I am actually going in to try their salon on Friday for a Color and Cut! The ambiance is great, I love the interior of this building, the front doesn't do this salon justice. Overall, a great experience!

Salon/ Spa. What a warm and inviting spa/salon! All of the employees are friendly and extremely competent. From haircuts to mani/pedis, to facials to wraps. This is the #1 salon/spa in Boulder.... and for Good reason. Treat yourself to a service there. You won't regret it!!
