I highly recommend the whole crew of 24 7. They are punctual, diligent, and worth every penny spent on them. It's nice to have a company you can trust and that woks for you. I really appreciate how honest they were with me, how professional, and each of their staff members I delt with were all amazing. I will recommend them to anyone that needs restoration in their home!

Too Much Hassle. While 24-7 did respond to my call promptly, everything else went downhill from there. Their technicians repeatedly failed to show up for scheduled appointments, they tracked grease onto my carpets, they took months to get me an estimate for repair work, and then they billed me for an extraordinarily high amount. When i spoke with a manager to try to address these problems, he got very aggressive with me and somehow tried to blame all of the problems mentioned above on me. Outrageously bad customer service.
