TANGERINE RESTAURANT

One of my favorites in Boulder. The first time I ate at Tangerine's I was truly delighted with the whole experience. I had tried to get in once before, but there was a crowd waiting outside and an hour wait, so I left. However I was luckier on my second try and managed to get a table immediately. I had the Polenta and Romesco poached eggs, which was very different and truly delicious.

I had never had Romesco sauce before and now am a fan. My friend had the Asparagus and Mushroom poached eggs and I tasted some and found it to be just as yummy.

I will definitely be back soon. Can't wait to taste the other food on their brunch menu. I just hope there isn't a long line for a table next time.…
