Avoid going at all costs!

This massage center is the worst place ever encountered by far. They have completely ruined the massage service experience for me. The management staff is so ill equipped that they have 3 different versions of their policies that they follow. Furthermore, they are extremely rude, inconsiderate and unhelpful.

I went through hell with them even before I got to use their massage services, which I ended up not using for good reasons: They changed locations and probably got new staff so the girls that answer the phones have absolutely NO idea what they are doing. They couldn't even give good directions to where they are located!! The services are overpriced, compared to similar centers around town, and in general, it was the biggest financial transaction mistake of my life ever with them. I ended up getting charged for not using their services, even though I had friends that received their services in my place. Of course, the day my friends went for their massage, they were told the jacuzzi was 'broken down', according the stand by staff.

Never believe everything you read on the internet! They fooled me into believing that they have the best services in town after reading about them on their web page. The managers and staff are inadequate and extremely belligerent. You will be better off going somewhere else like 'beauty supplies' or some other massage center in town, where they can be treated like a decent human being, but not this place. I have never received such ill-service in my life!!!

Take a dip and a steam to start the unwinding process--then let their expert hands do the rest.

Located in downtown Boulder in the historic Highland Building (a former school built in 1891), this spa is a little piece of serenity.The outstanding feature of the massage center is the whirlpool and sauna area available for pre- and post-massage use--or simply on its own. Massage, facial, dry brushing, essential oil body wraps and LaStone are just some of the regular treatments. Deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy and Rolfing are all available as well.

Well worth it.

I have always enjoyed my time here!!! It's my reward to myself after finals. Don't miss it! I've been to other spas in Boulder, but I like how quiet this one is.
