ABC Autobody of Boulder definitely earns an A+ when it comes to Excellent Workmanship,

Timeliness, Customer Service, Concern for the Customer's Priorities and Budget, and just an all around nice person.

Upon graduation from college, my son worked in Boulder at the Colorado Shakespeare Theatre for the summer. Unfortunately just before he arrived in Boulder, someone damaged his vehicle's rear chrome and fender. The first week he was in town, someone sideswiped his front bumper when the vehicle was stalled for mechanical reasons.

Living in Georgia more than 1500 miles away with no way to know who my son could trust to be honest and do a good job for him, I searched the internet. I found ABC Autobody of Boulder on City Search....and trusted the high Overall Rating. This was a great decision. I called Bernie and he spoke with me like I was a friend across town. Not only was he willing to work with the insurance company but referred us to an excellent mechanic across the street, Jim Mueller with Repair Masters. He recognized that it was important to repair the mechanical problems first and then take care of the body work. He was willing to wait until we could work out the financial side of the problem and worked around our time frame.

I appreciate the thoughtfulness and consideration Bernie gave my son, not to mention his honesty, integrity and excellent workmanship. He and his staff are to be commended and recommended! I hope he reads my review because I want him to know how much my family appreciates a friend far, far from home! It is a rarity! My best wishes to you, Bernie...from Georgia!

Great place to take your car

After going to ABC to have my car repaired twice now, I don't think there is any place else in Boulder that I would take my car. They are much cheaper than the Jeep dealership and I think they provide much better service in less time. The people at ABC are friendly, fair, and don't give you the run-around. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a quality auto body shop at a reasonable price!

Thank You Bernie ~ You're a Lifesaver!

Bernie and his crew did an amazing job on my car. I accidentally backed up alongside a wood post and had tan paint smeared onto a cherry red car. I tried to get it off myself but was afraid I'd wreck the paint and make matters worse. So I went on line and found ABC Auto. I walked in and Bernie was so helpful and kind. I was so worried and he put me at ease and took a huge weight off my shoulders when he said it was easy to fix. After they were done the car looked better than new. They got the paint off and touched up where the red paint had actually come off, buffed it out, and it looked beautiful! It's nice to know that gentlemen like Bernie still exist. Thank you, thank you, thank you a million times!

Best Boulder Autobody Place

I have brought my vehicles to Bernie several times over the years. He has always been VERY helpful, friendly, straight-forward and fair. He brings a relaxed presence to all his interactions, but also brings years of wisdom and experience in his field. Bernie has always patiently helped me understand the different options possible for repairing an issue. The autobody work is always superb and I feel, the best value for the money!

The best in town

I’m 87 years old and working with ABC AUTO BODY OF BOULDER was only the second time I can remember repairs as a pleasurable experience. Bernie gave me a fair estimate, no double-talk, no nonsense, no pressure, did what he promised, and provided excellent body repairs and paint. I now have a beautiful Cadillac as perfect as the day I bought it.

I was a P-38 combat fighter pilot in World War Two during a time when integrity, quality, and expertise could be a matter of life or death. Bernie is a professional just like my 23 year old Crew Chief.

Better work than I had any right to expect

I had a dented quarter panel on my station wagon, with chipping paint and surface rust. Bernie quoted me a reasonable price for the work, and, after fixing and painting that part of the car to look better than it did off the lot, he and his staff touched up a few other rust spots and washed the car, just to be thorough. And they took an hour less than expected, bringing the price down another $50! They did a fantastic job, plain and simple. Side note: when I was settling up the bill, Bernie was on the phone with another customer, to whom he explained that the work they wanted done would be prohibitively expensive and explained a more cost-effective option for them. If only more businesses were as helpful and as effective as ABC Auto Body.

Bset personal friendly experience, Top Notch service

ABC was amazing to work with compared to every other place I ever dealt with in the past. They took the time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. They really convey a feeling of caring for you and your car. They even went the extra mile and did a few extra things that needed to be done for free. Truly personal and custom service from these guys and it is TOP NOTCH. Bernie you will have my future business forever. Keep up the great service!

ABC Auto Body was a pleasure to work with. Their experience working with insurance companies proved to be helpful since we needed many more repairs than our insurance company had estimated. The staff is friendly and customer service was excellent.

I was pleased to find a place in Boulder willing and able to work on a rusty old vehicle. Bernie quickly located the necessary part at reasonable cost, provided an electronic quote, and followed through with obtaining the part and making the repairs in quick order. Excellent customer service and auto body expertise

For a little background, I needed to get a spoiler for my Lexus IS250. After calling numerous body shops in the Boulder area, ABC was clearly the best choice. The manager of another competitor (Pearl Street Auto) was going to charge me $200 more than ABC and make a hassle out of doing the work, giving me the impression that they didn't even know what I needed. Bernie made me feel extremely comfortable, knowing that he wasn't going to over charge me and that he clearly understood the project. Thanks Bernie! I would absolutely go back to him whenever the need arises!
