This breakfast and lunch nook dishes out generously portioned egg dishes, skillets, crepes and sandwiches.

In Short
This national chain restaurant is where neighborhood types map out their morning game plans over eggs Benedict, biscuits and gravy or scrambled eggs. Menu items have catchy names like the White Lightning: an omelette with diced chicken, onions, green chilies, cheese and avocado. Several dishes cater to calorie counters without compromising taste: The Mini Veggie Omelette has two eggs, tomatoes, broccoli, green peppers, onions and cheese. Salads, panini, burgers and smoothies round out the offerings.
Wonderful and innovative pancakes

I went to le Peep for Lunch during the week. They have a wide selection of pancakes, and i chose the buckwheat blueberry and they were fabulous! Light, fluffy and perfectly cooked with the right amount of berries. It was served with a berry sauce on the side which I think had strawberries and maybe blackberries in it, and it complemented the pancake perfectly. The location is sort of odd, its in a strip mall right next to a farmers market grocery store...but the inside is comfirtable and relaxed, perfect for breakfast. I think I went on pancake tuesday and it only cost 1.50 or something for one of the specialty pancakes! yumm
- Pros: Nice diverse menue with healthy choices as well and the more decedent
- Cons: In a strip mall...but its on a corner so it has outside seating which was plesent
Creative breakfast dishes that still taste pretty standard.

Le Peep is not bad and because its a chain you pretty much can count on getting the same standard of food and service at every location you visit, but with a different ambience. In Boulder the location just outside of the huge local hardware is always bustling. If they're super busy they might offer you the table next to the bathrooms. You're welcome to decline, but they'll entice you with a free Granma's apple bun or some pastry with a similar name. We were convinced and gave it a shot. The free pastry is what you'd expect from something free. Its a cheap english muffin covered in butter, cinnamon and apple pie filling. It's not bad, but I wouldn't have purchased it.
The menu offers basic egg plates and lots of cleverly named concoctions. I went with a trapped egg in french toast. It was good and the portions quite generous, but the elaborate sounding combinations of flavors didn't play out fully for me and still tasted pretty standard.
Overall there is nothing wrong with Le Peep. Its just doesn't stand up to some of my favorite local joints and the prices are a bit higher.
- Pros: Large portions, consistent offerings on large menu and multiple chain locations.
- Cons: Prices are a little higher than some better tasting hole in the wall type breakfast joints.

The turkey sandwitch they have here is to die for. I love this Le Peep. For a while I had believed that this place was hidden gem, but alas I later found out that it was a chain resturant. But that doesn't affect how I like the food here.
- Pros: Good food, Ambience
- Cons: Busy

Love the food here. The "Stirred" eggs are awesome as are the blueberry pancakes. Servings are big and the service is really good. The take-out is really good too.
- Pros: Food, Food, Service
- Cons: Parking, Parking, Crowded
